How do I return an item?
Easy steps for Returns request!
|Login your account and go to my Orders page, search and select your order with Order ID or in the Order list||Click on Start Communication to initiate your request for the order you selected||Our team will response in communication tab as soon as possible within 24 hours to 72 hours and guide you on how to Pack the Item(s) & attach Shipping Label on the Box||Follow the instructions and guidelines from our phone call or our e-mail, depends on how much information is required.||Refund/Replacement Processing|

Important: What you need to know?
- If you are unable to print Shipping Label, write the RA code on top of the box. RA code can be found on the Online Return Form (format RNXXXXXXXXXXXX).
- Make sure to attach your Shipping Label on top of the box. If shipping label is not printed then you can fill up a copy of the consignment note provided by our courier partner.
- Shipping fee is free provided that you presented the Shipping Label copy at our courier partner counter.
- Alternatively, you can also ship your return item using any courier service and your courier fee will be reimbursed if it’s a valid return.
You can also track your return status via the Order page from our communication message.
Where do I find the Start Communication tab for initiate my request?
1. Login to your House Treasure 88 account
2. Go to your account and click "My Orders"
3. You will found your Orders list with Order ID, search for your order you wish to proceed.
4. You will see your order information with general and shipment information, look for the Start Communication link.
5. Follow the guidelines on below screenshot to request for any information regards to your Order that is processing.
What is House Treasure 88 Returns policy?
All items sold on House Treasure 88 are covered under the 100% Buyer Protection and/or Satisfaction Guaranteed.
Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 or 10 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.
Can I return an item after the House Treasure 88 Return Policy coverage days?
- Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days for items under 100% Buyer Protection and 14 calendar days for items under House Treasure 88's Satisfaction Guaranteed.
- If exceeded this period, kindly check the warranty status of the item and proceed redeem by contacting the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
- You can also find all the contact information of your product’s warranty centre on the warranty card inside your package.

Requirements for a valid return:
- Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
- Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via PayPal
- Include printed Shipping Label and House Treasure 88 Tax Invoice in each return package box
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

- In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Suppliers / Manufacturers email will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.
- Milk formula products are returnable except for "change of mind" request. You are to ensure that product is not opened, as otherwise it will not be accepted for return.
- In the event that you have received damaged products, please contact supplier's email within 48 hours to expedite the claim process
